So I took the carb off. I’m having trouble removing those non tamper screws. I tried a saw but just not doing a good job.

I ordered this carb: will it work on my magician?

I think it comes with 105 jet. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07CN...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Ok thank you.

I went ahead and remove the carb for some practice, I didn’t take off the float bowl or anything. I connected it back in and turned the petcock on and the bike won’t start now.

Any common mistakes that I may have done? I haven’t received the new carb yet, just wanted to practice removing the old one.

Check that you didn't accidentally hit the kill switch. I've done that myself. Lol

Don't forget about the kickstand switch. I eliminated mine.

yeah, I checked all of that. the carb was so tightly placed due to the boot. IM wondering if I damaged the boot which made it not seal correctly. I took it to my local bike shop who I trust.
