I've owned both, at different times and as I recall the XF was significantly shorter.

Indeed, if only the wheels on these two bikes are different, the seat height of the XF200 should be approximately 2.5 inches shorter than the seat height of the XP200. If the XP200 has an actual seat height of 35.7 inches, the XF200 should have a seat height of approximately 33.2 inches. However, 33.2 inches is still 2.2 inches taller than the 31.0 inches specified on the QLink website.

Just measured the seat height on my 2009 Qlink XF200 (stood up) and it is just shy of 35" at the lowest point.
Edit: I not sure where the manufacturers measure the seat height so I might be too low in my measurement. Where you butt goes in more like 36" +.

After work yesterday I went to the Kawasaki dealer to check out KLR's, KLX's and the Suzuki DRZ. Did not get home till late. My buddy got a KLR. $5,200 OTD

I was told there will be a $500 rebate on the 2010 KLX after Jan or Feb 2011 and to wait if I wanted one. Then the salesguy said I could get a 2010 KLX $4,500 OTD. 8)

So, do you still have this bike and do you still like it? I'm thinking of buying a brand new one for $1599 Would that be a good price?

If thats directed towards me, I still have it. So far so good with the bike, I've put about 600 kms on it and it seems to ride better each time I start it up. I cannot account for the long term reliability but I imagine its relative to how well the bike is maintained and how hard it is ridden.

Welcome to these forums; we are glad you joined us! If you can get a QLink XF200 for $1,599, delivered, it's a good deal on a good bike.

Yup, phoenix I was hoping you would answer. Thanks for the fast reply.

Spud, thanks for the welcome. I was trying to talk myself out of this bike thinking it would be junk and I'd be better off with a used honda, yamaha,, etc.

But from reading through this site briefly some of these chinese bikes are actually pretty well made, and now I'm really thinking of getting this bike. I LOVE dual sport machines and this seems to be the best deal.

Over 4,000 off pavement miles on mine and it's a good bike. The Q I had before this is owned by a friend of mine and I bet she's got over 8,000 happy miles on it. The Q is the best deal out there.

My 2009 XF200 Qlink

Here's my Bike. I got mine just after Barnone got his from the same dealer. Bought her in Oct and have yet to ride her as the snow started here in PA, ans shows no sign of melting! LOL In The meantime it makes for a great conversation piece in my computer store. Patiently waiting for warmer weather.
