Your Hawk will take a 428 chain. A 530 chain is a bigger chain (longer links) and will not fit the 428 sprockets. I've bought this chain and cut it to length well over a year and a half ago and about 4500 miles on it. Still hasn't shown any wear. https://www.ebay.com/itm/428V-Drive-...k/123397510365

The difference between a 4xx and a 5xx chain has to do with the distance between the roller pins and the size of the link plates and rollers themselves. 5xx chains are larger in dimension and spacing, thus as a rule stronger.

Just to be clear, you would convert to a 520 chain, not a 530. A 530 chain is even bigger than a 520 and is often the chain size you see on 1000cc+ motorcycles. 520 is more common on mid size road bikes and smaller engine dirt bikes.

I just preordered one through q9powersports who gave me a mid to late June delivery estimate. Dlxwelder, have you gotten yours yet?
I plan on journaling my assembly, not sure to what extent quite yet. If the box comes with any new literature I'll be sure to upload copies of it.
BigFatAl, how did you ever sort out that CEL? It'd be really reassuring to know there is a way we can access the Delphi's software. I had my eye on this connection to a PC.
