I just saw that guy selling the fuel injection kits for $500 for the 190. After seeing how intricate Glaveys post of doing it himself that $500 would seem worth it.

Oh yeah, Mike Davis. I've been thinking about getting one. The problem is, I don't know how to tune it and none of the shops that dyno tune in my area will touch it.

Guy selling the kit is Mike Davis. His kit is pre-tuned for a zs190cc. May want to check his stuff out. If I'm not mistaken, I believe his also has ability to "self-tune".

You're right. I had the name confused. I edited it. Mike Davis, I spoke with him and there is a 'base map' tune on it that may run well enough to get it to a shop that can tune it.

Is this really a thing? I've never heard of having to do that. If so, is there a household cleaner I can use? |

I saw a video on YT showing Dollar Store Totally Awesome cleaner cleaning a Uni-filter. I bought some and it worked as advertised. Using the grease... yeah back in the day with dirt bikes. https://www.amazon.com/UNI-Foam-Filt...dp/B0022ZN68Y/ |

For oil cutting solvent you can use rubbing alcohol. But don't use that on the foam just the rubber part that connects to the carb.
The grease helps keep dirt and other particles from getting sucked through the foam. Mine didn't come with that sticker and I don't use grease on mine but it couldn't hurt. |

Oh. I think they mean clean it down after applying the grease spray to the filter element to prevent a gob from getting into the motor.

I stuffed a Harley LED and bucket into a Monster Eye bracket. I like it. It is bright and looks better IMO. I just need to trim the back of the bucket so more wiring can fit behind it. I added a used Vader font fender. It has a crack.
Some new items arrived. I like 17 34 sprocket ratio and decided to go to 16 32 and from 428 to 420. Less weight less spinning mass right? I also got some tires Coming Soon What do you think? |

Your really going to town, new tires too and good choice, cant wait to see the new rims mounted, soon I hope? Are u running the rear 32t now? how is it compared to the 34t? I have a 32t debating weather to change or not, I'm sure there's still plenty of torque? I don't want to run a 17 on the front, not enough room like there was with the 125.

It's still 17/34 on there now. I am going to swap everything over once the rims come. I am pissed off. My horn isn't working.

Your running a 17 on the front? That's a very tight fit. I think going up 1t in front is the same as going down 3 in the back. I could be wrong though. I've never used my horn, I suppose I should see if it works.
