I checked all the starting procedures the kill switch is in the correct position.

Does anyone know what I can do? I even put a new spark plug and still nothing
What kind of battery is it, is it one you have to fill with the acid or is it already filled? Might just need to be fully charged or like stated before could be a dead battery.

got the tt250 rear rim and when I went to Chang my rear brakes, because the wobble made my brakes all messed up, the Allen bolts that hold the brakes stripped. I tried to take them out with an extractor and that broke. I think the Allen bolts got bent maybe. So now I have to order a new brake caliber. Does anyone know a cheap replacement caliper. Also when I went to tighten my rear axle bolt it looks like that stripped also. Bolt still looks good just the nuts bad. Does anyone know the size of nut I need for rear axle bolt. I didn’t want to remove the bolt, so does anyone know what size I need. I think its m14x1.5 can anyone confirm so I don’t have to remove bolt? Also brake caliper replacement, has anyone replace that? I’d like to drill out and tap to bigger size but with the Allen bolt being so long might be to hard and with the extractor broke off in bolt, I don’t know if I’ll be able to drill through it. Help please

If I remember correctly, the nut should be an M14 x 1.5, but since I have no way to verify that anymore I can't be 100% certain.

Rear caliper: the TT250 uses the same rear brake setup, so you could get a new one from CSC for $42 = http://www.cscmotorcycles.com/TT250-...p/zt23-110.htm

If you need rear pads you can also order the TT250 units, or get EBC pads. Part number FA165

I got the pads already from csc couldn’t install them though. Cause my bolts holding the brakes stripped and the damn extractor broke off in them. I installed it anyways brakes still got a little life them still. I ordered a new intake manifold from eBay and it fits the engine but the hole doesn’t line up. It’s not centered So I guess I’m returning does anyone know where to get another intake manifold that fits. I’m trying to find one cheaper than csc or txpowersports.istill have the stock carb and the nut for rear axle is a m14x1.5. Just bought a lock nut

Yes it does, rather well. It's also actually a little larger and closer to a true 30mm than the stock Hawk intake, which is around 28mm. The only other difference is the TT250 has a vacuum nipple on it for the air injection on the TT250. Just need to cap it off.

Awesome that was my next question. What that nipple was there for. So how should I cap it off?

Go to your local auto parts store with the intake and find a vacuum cap that fits over it snugly, then to ensure it stays in place clamp it down with a zip tie or small hose clamp to keep it secured to the barb. I have used the zip tie method with great success.

One more question I’m sure you can help me with. When I gutted my cat and welded it back together the clamp that’s on the exhaust right behind the heat shield, wouldn’t clamp tight anymore after I gutted the cat. It kept coming loose and spinning and eventually I lost it. Luckily megadan sent me an extra one in a box of goodies I bought from him When I replaced it, it snugged up tight and seemed like it wouldn’t fall off like the old one and it’s held up for a couple weeks. 3 days ago I noticed it started moving and not clamping tight around exhaust pipe. So I put extra cork gasket around it and tightened it up with lock tight on the threads and it seemed to tighten down and not wanna move. Well today it started spinning loose again and I need to do something because I don’t want to lose it on the road when I’m riding. Has anyone had this problem and how can I solve it. It only started when I gutted cat and welded back together.

Glad some of that stuff came in handy lol.

As far as the clamp coming loose, let me start with a question.

How are you tightening it?

You need to snug it up more than just by hand. I take a somewhat long screwdriver and pass it through the loop in the wing nut (where you use your fingers) and use the extra leverage to tighten it down a bit more. Don't go full gorilla on it, just give it a little extra turn.

Then, for the first few days, check it before/after every ride and make sure its snug. Eventually it will start to come loose less often, but you should still check it every once in a while.

I am sure somebody else has a trick or two, but that worked well for me.
