I just got my Zongshen Sierra 200 delivered on Wed - bought it from http://www.lewpackinternational.com/zongshen.html
It was $1395+$250 shipping - they drop-ship from ZongshenAmerica Miami terminal, and send paperwork by mail.

Yesterday I took MSO, insurance, bill of sale to Connecticut DMV and got plates, and title will be mailed in the next few weeks.

I saw ZongshenAmerica invoice on the crate and it was $900+$325 shipping - I think that's the wholesale price, so the dealer is making $420. I also saw a guy on Seattle craigslist selling them for $950 in crate, but I don't think he's a dealer, so there are might be problems with registration.
