Yeah, 110/90-19 is too wide. Not so much clearing the swing arm as the drive shaft. Several folks learned the hard way.

Bought this lego set for my 4 year old grandson for 50 bucks. its rated for a 4 year old, so I will not need to assemble it for him, right?
Wrong!. Took me 2 hours to put that set together. My grandson assembled the Ninja figurines, but I had to do the rest.
Pieces were tiny and easy to drop and lose. It was fun but I'm glad its over.

Magnetic Oil Drain Plug for 2022 X-Pect

I replaced the non-magnetic oil drain plug that comes installed in the, 2022 Lifan X-Pect Bike Adult Dirt Bike 14hp, with a magnetic drain plug. This new magnetic drain plug is currently installed in the Lifan Bike, and I have ridden it 3 separate times averaging 25 miles each trip, with no issues. It also comes with a new crush washer. This drain plug is the same size as the original, except it has a strong magnetic tip. I have the bike parked in the garage on a concrete floor. I would know if it was dripping/leaking.

A battery for the oldest boy's car. Dang thing just got back from the body shop, and the battery went kaput a week later. It ain't dead-dead though. Gonna see if it'll hold a charge, and find something to do with it for the interim. Probably keep it around to jump the bikes, since all my motorcycle batteries (not in bikes) seem to have died.

Front sway bar links for the Jeep. I had a new set put on it under warranty when I bought it in 2010. Guess it’s time again.

Bearings, chains, cog, and spacers to finish the rear axle on the trike.

JBL Xtreme 3 bluetooth soundbar. Figured it should work as a portable audio solution in both the C10 and the MG till i can put actual stereos in each...then i will use it in the 1980 GMC Sierra Classic im working on buying as well as the '67 AMC Ambassador i'm working on buying.

Couldn't find the gaskets for my turbos for sale by themselves, but I did find remanufactured turbos with gasket kits. Decided I'll just eat the core charges for them, replace the remaned centers for the upgraded ones in the new units, place the remaned units in the old turbos, and sell the old turbos to recoup the money. It won't pay for itself, but should take a big chunk out of what I put on my card. Lol.

The one i am buying is a '67 Ambassador 880 4 door sedan. 290 V8 with the borg warner 3 speed automatic. The trans needs to be swapped out or rebuilt as it does not have reverse. But i am getting a spare trans with the car so i will just have it swapped. Funny you mention having the 2 door hardtop as the friend im buying the 4 door from has a DPL 2 door hard top.

I had the 290 2bbl and BW siush box in my DPL. I am not surprised that the BW needs to be swapped out. I wasn't hard on the car but I replaced my share. They were the weak link. It didn't help that my rear axle ratio was quite high, either. Good luck with it.

Thanks, It should be an interesting experience. Given the amount of work the Trans Am will need that is a longer term project car (2+years at least) and that is after i get the trucks ahead of it sorted. Now granted it may jump ahead of the '69 C10. But it is still behind the '84 C10, '80 C10, '69 F250 and the MG. However the above vehicles simply need mechanical work. Not worried about the bodies just yet. The only ones seeing serious body work will be the MG and Trans Am. The trucks i can sort out along the way. The '80 will prob see some body work as well in the form of swapping out the bed for the one i got with the '84 as well as rockers and front fenders. But again doable along the way when i take breaks from the T/A.

What does all the above mean for the AMC and where it fits in? Well simply put it is a decent condition 4 door muscle car that needs very little in way of getting it on the road and enjoying it. Swap the trans and maybe eventually convert to disk brakes and thats it. Might do an intake, 4 barrel carb and cam on it. Call me crazy on this one but if i do go 4 barrel i might actually use a Quadrajet for it. I have enjoyed the performance of the Qjet in the '84 C10. It is easy on fuel when i keep it light on the throttle so its on the two small barrels but its nice to have that extra hit when the bigger secondaries open up.

Tiger needed new shoes. I've been trying to get these from my work since I can get them at cost but western power sports has been out of stock for a bit. Now I just need to find someone to change them that doesn't want $70 a tire, or buy a tire changer.
