I cancelled on the mondeo, and jumped on the Lexus, because it's the interior and exterior color I've wanted for years. Probably just gonna ask my friend to wait a bit, and I'll fix up the pt cruiser. Once it's transferred over to me, I'll just hand the cruiser over, and just be their personal mechanic. That way, I don't have to worry about money never being paid back. Lol.

Also, because of the car and a notice for a job offshore, I felt lucky, and bought Powerball tickets. Lol

Head gasket set

My son's '02 civic failed a head pressure test.
It has been losing coolant mysteriously... Probably out the tail pipe.

Head is coming off! It will need milling.

On the bright side, we will silence the slight exhaust manifold gasket leak too!

Don't need it! House has a 22 foot ceiling peak and open beams. She has enough to climb.....

A ceiling fan for the Master BR and a carry on bag for Mrs.C. Both had her involvement and both had more added brain damage than necessary.

Nothing wrong with the current ceiling fan other than it goes against her sense of aesthetics. She kept asking my opinion. Apparently, "nothing wrong with the one we have", and "I don't care" weren't valid. The carry on bag was more of the same but because she has never had one, it was also more drawn out. Saying it was the same brand and size as mine but with a different finish wasn't enough.

One, count 'em, one Duro Hf307 4.00-19 tire for Arpok. Cedar Rapids Tire has moved back the delivery date from 11/1 but I managed to find possibly the last one in the US. Looks like there may be several available in Canuckistan but the shipping would be a killer.

The front tire is just about bald, the pusher is good for the upcoming winter months, and the sidecar tire is just there for the ride.

I bought a motion activated light for the front door. My wife was tired of coming home and not being able to see the key to open the door. Didn't know if it worked until sundown, but it does. There was absolutely no paperwork in the box, way to go Lowes.

I bought a new Templar X today! Now I’m officially a China Bike rider! Old Hap is Happy! Can’t wait to hit the trails with my grand boy! I appreciate all the information I have received since I joined this forum. I’m so glad I gave myself time to get educated about China bikes before I made my purchase. I know I made the best choice I could have made for what I wanted in a bike. About to jump on EBay and Amazon now for a few mods I have links too. Thanks again to you guys. I’ll keep you guys posted as to how the delivery goes.
