Well hi again
Not much to update since last time i posted, havent had much shed time.
Have started mocking up rear brake brackets and worked out i can only fit a 180mm disk at largest inside my rear rims so that sucks but oh well ill have 2 of them.
Have been busy designing the lsd casing on the laser cutter at work so next time i get a chance im hoping to get that and my caliper brackets cut out together.
So thats about it for now guys, here are some pics of said progress
Note disk is picture is only a 160mm disk i already have to get an idea of placement.

Not much to update
cut my rear sproket out out at work. Had to go for a 47 tooth rear, which is a big change from the standard 40 tooth. So have ordered a 16 and a 17 tooth sproket for the front which will give me a 3.5% reduction with the 17T and a 8.5% reduction with the 16T for sand drags.
Cut a new seat spring bracket out to tidy the back end up as i wasnt happy with the angle iron i had on there previously.
Still waiting on stub axles to be machined and still trying to find a supplier of 321 stainless steel to cut my rear disks out of.
So thats about it at the moment sorry for the lack of progress. Till next time

If there is anything u guys want more information on or suggestions u think would look gd please feel free to leave a comment i would appreciate it.

Do you have any technical drawings of the frame?

Small update for u guys
Mocking up my brake disc carrier that will be welded to my hub once i make it out of steel.
Have to modify my disk cutting programme to accommodate the new design in carrier.
Decided to go this way as it utilizes the splines from the carrier and wont have to cut keyways etc into an axle that will weaken it

So, you're saying that the disc will be bolted to the hub as pictured? I'm guessing that the splines are under the sleeve.

The wheel hub ( black bit u can just see) is splined, so the part the goes between that and the disk (disk carrier) will b welded to the wheel hub making it one piece. But the disk will remain bolt on just the wheel hub and carrier will become one piece.
This picture might make it a little more clearer

Stub axles have been machined down and 25mm holes have been cut into them to accept the axles.
Chain and lsd have been lined up and axles have been shortened to appropriate length.
17t front sproket was sent back as was supplied wrong on and upon inspection they dont have any in stock.
6mm caliper mounting plates have been up out and mounted using m10 bolts and crush tubes through the frame.
Struggling to find 4mm 321 stainless for my custom disks but i havent given up looking just yet.
Thinking of using the old brake disc spline and putting an old motorbike stsrter motor to it to give me reverse but dont know yet
And thats about it guys
