that is a nice truck, but the really really cool part is. if you do some research on it.. the suspension is pretty much taken out of the baja trucks and put in the raptor. i do kind of like the look of the black fx4 i posted above over the look of raptor.
btw i have spent a few hours on fords website building my dream truck and mustang. i dont get why people who buy mustang cobra's and gt's opt to leave the race strips on ? they have a option when you build it to remove the race strips and doesnt cost anything to have them removed. i jsut think the race strips make then mustangs look well there is no nice politically correct way of saying this.. but it makes them look gay...either that i just really really really preffer the super clean, smooth street rod look over that of "om gawdz, my racerz stripz make the mustangz look sezzy and soooo fast" look that every one else seems to like |

More drift of the thread....
I sat in a brand new GT-40 yesterday. A patron of Andy's motorcycle shop just bought it. BadAss. Such cool history too. It sure sounds, looks, and feels like a purpose built racecar.

Yeah.
I like stripes on racing inspired Fords though. I am NOT gay. Go figure.

Those old 2.2L Toyotas were very good engines. Quite slow but would run forever and give good economy. BTW I used my turbocharged Ford Probe GT to haul a small trailer when I used to race my RZ-350. A small car can pull a small trailer OK. Alas those days are long gone but I have great memories.

I used to have a Vette. Well sorta, it was a "ShoveVette" I had a trailer hitch on it. Used it to take Arnold the pig to the slaughter house. Used a open u-haul trailer cause everyone said a pig would not try to climb. They were wrong by the way. He would go to the back of the trailer and start to climb and it would lift the rear of the little car. I would hit the brakes to get him off the walls. Didnt think I was gonna make it but I did. Would have been Funniest Videos material for sure.
Now thats drifting! 8O |
