Actually the Kawi dealer did it for me. I went up there after work to see if they could do a quick oil change since I dont have a garage since I moved. While I was there I seen a 250 ninja at a good price and called my son to come down since he was looking to get a bike again. So we ended up buying the ninja and I rode it home and left my bike there. When I came back the next day to pick it up they had already done the service on it for free.

ok - Thats unheard of especially a CB. My Local Dealers would be like No we ain't touchin that.....At least thats the impression I get from our BIG 4 Jap bike dealer. I do have a really nice Power Sports dealer about 10 miles away that will probably do it for me. I'm alittle weary about temping the adjustments myself, but doesn't seem to hard? Any one else do a Valve check on thier "q"'s - lets hear your storys......

Its not much but heres a couple pics with the Q in them that someone from the local meetup grp posted. We are a mixed grp when we ride together. A Qlink, Burgman650, RV250, 1200 Sportster, Vulcan 900 today. Other days its even more diverse.

What I find interesting is the only female with us was the oldest and on the largest bike. I was the youngest and on the smallest bike.

I was supposed to meet with them at a wawa because I didnt want to run on the hwy from the initial starting point. After waiting for 30 mins I figured I missed them and continued heading toward Cape May NJ on the backroads. About 30 miles down the road as I was zipping by this wawa I glanced over and realized it was the group so I stopped. That's why I was still on my bike in the pics. I was actually waiting earlier at the wrong wawa. Who would think theres more than one wawa on rt322? lol

Wawa is the best... And on 322? There is like a dozen of them! It used to be a running joke with my wife when we would go down the shore.

It was a nice day, but a bit chilly. We had a party for my wife's 30th.

X2. I gather WaWa is a regional convenience store, similar to the 7-Eleven franchises on a national level. :?:

Since I was raised in the DuBois area of Pennsylvania, I am well familiar with the Sheetz convenience stores, Andrew. I used to enjoy visiting the Sheetz stores, but I noticed their prices have climbed a lot in the last year. 8O

When visiting my mother and brother in Pennsylvania, I now prefer to visit the Nittany Minit Marts instead of Sheetz.
