Time to phone home again.
Not a thread hijack but along the lines of JTHSPACE - zero km old/new bikes.
Hi to all again. Just to refresh: I bought 2 new Skyteam V-retro 250's in Feburary this year (1x2011 1x2012 MY) for a ride across Australia with my wife. The ride is to start in Perth West Aust then on to the goldfields before heading NW and on to Ayres Rock via the Great Central Road. From there its on to the Oodnadatta Track, Birdsville Track then the short 1700km commute home. We have amassed a truckload of parts to be fitted before we leave Perth which include Pirelli MT43 fronts, new tubes, Barkbusters, sump guards, topbox tent, sleeping stuff and some cooking stuff for her as I don't know how to operate the bits. The bikes are still in the crates at dads place and we have appx 12 hrs to prep and secure all the stuff before a beer or two then an early start the following morning. I'll send some pics along the way in the ride report thread. Mine is Blue as well -(see, no hijacking here). |
