It depends on what the air box looks like. Not many people own that bike.

Is it an option to just not use the air box and put a filter right on the carb ? Or is this not a good idea?

I wouldn't do it in the land of 10,000 lakes. One those huge mosquitoes could clog a pod filter and it rains quite a bit there. Those are the reasons why the Lakers had to move to LA.

I use a K & N drop in in filter on my Hawk.

Depending on your set up, the drop-in like hertz may be the way to go if your air box is also your rear inner-fender and mounts the start solenoid on the left side. Also, if you do lots of deep water, keeping the stock box (if it's a decent design) will give you better water protection.

On our TT250, I removed the airbox, made a new inner fender (trash can mod) and mounted this.

Do you have a link or a part number for this air filter I like this I do not plan on doing any deep water riding mainly street and easy trails The days of serious dirt biking are over. Had a Hodaka Wombat back in the day.

Ask and yee shall receive...........

https://www.amazon.com/NIBBI-Replace...bbi+air+filter

I'd love to find a complete Hodaka in a barn somewhere. I was rummaging through andold shack one day and ran across a chrome toaster tank....but it was a buddies property so I didn't snatch it. It would have made GREAT garage art. no dents or anything. Just needed a good polishing...then he sold the property!!! I missed out.

Anyone know where we can get a skid plate for the Brozz? Do most parts for with a certain bike?

Brozz Arrived

It is here I ran home from work to meet the truck driver.
The packing crate came without a pallet.
The metal frame was bent and it caused the motor to suffered a bit of damage
from the frame rubbing on the side of the motor looks to be cosmetic more than anything. Still sucks.

It has gotten cold again and the garage is unheated so I do not know when I will get to start working on it.

Pics to come soon
