I agree. I'd drop the clip one notch to fatten up the midrange.

Thanks guys,It happens when let say I keep the throttle steady at 2800rpm for about 15 seconds, hiccup and another 15 sec and hiccup.I will drop the clip one notch and Iwill let you know.
0 - 1/4 throttle.

I dropped the clip 1 notch from the middle and it's solved the problem,I have to say you guys are amazing.With your knowledge I was able to transform a decent bike out of a crate to an amazingly fun affordable bike,Chinese bike at that.
