And once again thank you very much . For this winter I'm three times disassemble and reassemble the whole bike and the engine too. The last thing remained - errors in the "brain" of the motorcycle. I need to understand that as a result of faulty, replace, and finally open the season. Sorry for the bad English is I have to use Google translator, because my English is not very high |

Hi SpudRider,
I just want to say "Thank you" for sharing so many information. I seen your postings on TW200Forum.com and it was a huge help to know, that the 200GY engine is a TW-engine copy. Maybe you know my TW250 MX project bike? (Yamaha TW125 now with 250 cc, maybe later 270 cc) I've tryed a conversion from carb to EFI by a kit available on ecotrons. But this conversion project died after many hours of try-and-error without a positive result. I've searched again for a "250 cc EFI kit" from a other bike. And now you're a help again. -->> I found the Delphi ECU on Taobao -->> searched for information about the MT05 ECU -->> found your thread here. I ride in Germany on serveral hare scrambles (3h enduro race) and sometimes I have to change the carb setup on the race track. And this sucks. One important question: Are you happy with the performance of your engine with this EFI? Maybe I can start with the carb-to-EFI conversion this winter. Greetings from East Germany to the rest of the World, Sebastian |

Yes, I am very pleased with the the performance of the NC250 engine with the Delphi MT05 ECU.

@ SpudRider,
Is it correct, that the NC250 engine has 25 hp? @ Weldangrind Hi. I wish I could spend more time into the different forums. I like it to work with the world wide biker community. |

MacBig2K1, I know it's advertised as 25HP and I've seen a posting of a dyno result that showed the same. Max HP was at red line of 9K and max torque was at 7K. Mine felt a bit sluggish until I changed from the 14/44 gearing to the 13/45. Now it has some pep. Top end for me prior to the gear change was 76 and now is 71. That works for most of the riding I want to do which is back roads and dirt. Take care!

Hi fjmartin,
thanks for the info. The important fact is, that I don't use the NC250 engine. I just have to know how good or bad the EFI system works. I sure, there is no sluggish feeling with my very short transmission: 11/49 |

Hi macbig2k1,
I'm from south east Bavaria and I have a RX3 now since this season. From my experience the overall system is very nice and I like it a lot. But I have to confirm the point from some other riders which complain about a stalling engine while stopping at a signal light. That happened also 3-4 times over this summer season . For me it is not a big deal because I have an electric starter . But you where asking for the performance Unfortunately the riding season is already over but if you are somehow around and would like to have a look at the bike or the components, just let me know.

I have to make it bilingual, a bit easier for me.
And now for the other members the translation: Hi Fritz, thanks for the offer to take a look on your bike. I should visit you with my bike to plan the modifications. Which bigger city is near to you? Here it's Zwickau (round 100 km South of Leipzig). But at first I have to finish the work on a double exhaust system. Frame and swing arm will need a new powder coating. |

I have been following this thread for a bit and wondering if any of you know if the USB style cable mentioned in earlier posts will work on the Massimo brand of UTV's sold at Tractor Supply on the US using the Delphi MT05 ECM. I work at a service center and we have agreed to work on the units for TSC and Massimo but are not getting any support on the ECM diagnostic side. I am trying to find a way to "plug in" the the units so I can better diagnose poor running and no start situations.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you Danny |

What is the configuration of the diagnostic port for your Massimo UTVs? If your diagnostic port is the same, I think the USB cable will work well for you. If the port is different, you can either fabricate an adapter which will fit the Zongshen USB cable, or you can make your own cable, using the information posted in this thread.
