I'm wondering if there's something different about your plates. Perhaps they're thicker than they should be?
Hi, thanks for support. All my friction plates are from 2.9-3.0mm. Specs for them should be: new:3.0mm, service limit:2.6mm. If the specs I found are ok, than plates are ok.

Pete, it is working, I ride it, but, there is 1 friction to friction contact, because there are 6+4 plates.
I think that the number of plates can be calculated depending on dimensions of first and last aluminium main pressure plates (if they are original), or better say distance between them (with plates removed, like in the photo).
So, the distance "H" between pressure plates "1" and "2" should show how many plates there should be on service limit thickness. The problem is that clutch is assembled on the bike right now and I haven't taken these measures.

thinking about it..that is ok as the 2 fiber plates togeather don't move
inderpendent of each other as the both index into the clutch basket...
so they are working togeather as 1 thick plate...
