North Carolina Once More

I make this trip 5 or 6 times from May to October.




Not in Florida anymore....it's about a 10 hour drive.

Don't bring them scorpions up here!




Western NC is where I stay. I run the BRP and the forest service roads around the area. They are not as well grommed as some would have you think. I also roam the northern GA and eastern TN. I haven't found much good riding around my are in upstate SC.

It was in the kitchen sink.

Lots of scorpions in the NC mountains.

I've never seen one in 40 years of traveling around WNC, but I have seen dozens around FLA and southern GA. I'm not saying they're not in NC. I just haven't seen them. I guess there's a lot more hiding areas around NC.
