Registering a Hawk 250 or Magician 250 in NJ

I was wondering if anyone knows if the Hawk 250 or preferably the MAGICIAN 250 is street legal in NJ?????

Do you live in NJ ? I was just wondering because I live in NJ and I want to buy a hawk or magician 225. Nd I wanted to see what I need if you have yours registered in NJ
