Question speaking of friction

What fork tube coatings do the Chinese factories employ?
  • Are the tubes at least hard anodized? ... and, how well?
  • Any claims of Teflon or moly (molybdenum disulfide) coatings?
  • Ni-Tef (nickel Teflon) based coatings?
Why ask? I was reading that frictional forces can be greater than spring and damping forces COMBINED!

Though hardly mentioned, friction coatings (which can wear quickly down to soft aluminum/steel) directly impact quality and long-term suspension consistency.
