The dog is just going to have to hold it.

We've had a cold snap here for the last week or so. It's gone down to -40 Celsius a few days with wind chills in the -50's. Not opening my natural gas bill until after Xmas! Lol
I often times question why I live here in the great white north, but then I remember it's because I can't afford to move 🤣

There's no way I will be able to flex the manifold and airfilter plenum to get the carb back in. I can make ice cubes in the garage!

The storm has been a bit of a bust up here ,supposed to get over a foot of snow last night but only ended up with six inches ,it’s currently around the freezing mark so reasonably mild, nothing to worry about or see here .

on the positive side, I don't have to worry about fitting the beer into the fridge along with the christmas turkey. I'm more worried that the beer will freeze!

Just heard on the radio. Due to the extreme cold Walmart customers are urged to wear two pairs of pajamas.

Yah cold here 3 degrees ,and 2 inches of snow. Will be letting the water pipes drip tonight, its 3 and only 11;30. Cold long night, too cold to be in the garage 48 degrees, hit it hard in the morning.

The cold air rolled in AFTER waking up to ~5" of snow in KC area. Temps dropped more than 40 degrees in less than 1 hour. Less than 30 minutes in some places. Amazing weather system

I was really worried about the songbirds. Poor sweet little creatures. It was so cold on the forhead in seconds yesterday. I checked the feeders and not frozen over but no birds all day yesterday. But the sun is out, only light wind, and they are BACK! Cardinals, Finches, a Bluebird (!), Bluejay. Waiting for the Flickers.
Yay!

You know, this isn't a problem if you drink it.
