Magician 250 enduro won't star

I just put together my new magician 250 and it will not start. I have the fuel valve on and choke set. Cranks but won't start. Anyone have the same issue?

The red kill switch has to be set to the right

And the first start will take a lot more cranking than you would think

Did you try turning the throttle a little while cranking it? Are you using the stock spark plug?

FYI, mine took longer than I expected to start for the first time too.

If you have spark and the valves are correctly adjusted, try a different position for the choke - mine will start on the mid position but not on full choke

What is the oil level in the crankcase?

I killed the battery on my Hawk the first day trying to start it. Adjusted the valves and it fired right up.

Make sure that kickstand is up. Kickstand has as a kill switch attached; when the kickstand is down, the ignition circuit is open.
