Please list all problems I should look for

I have two 2015 models on there way I would like to fix any known issues at assembly

Best engine oil
gear oil
spark plug (with link)
Wiring issues
weak and poor part ( light bulb blinkers brakes)
Anything

Not really looking for performancemod just problems people have experienced they ete for me and my wife in a couple years I might get 250cc so we ca expand our adventures

I watched all those videos and have order all items need

Carb
plug
Plug end
fuel and vacuum lines
clamps
in line fuse
valve stems
fuel filter and peacock
vacuum caps
electric greese
just need a couple of tools I don't have but there is a harbor freight opening right down the sstreet from me so no problems there these are going to be pdi to the max

I believe it to be a Genuine China factory Keihin.
Everything I've gotten from this seller has been very good. stores.ebay.com/MotopartsSuperstore.
They are the same as these people motopartsmax.com they have better prices on ebay you can look on there website for product reviews a little easier / more detail then feedback selector.

Here is a good no rev limit CDI www.ebay.com/itm/230392879012.

The standard spark plug on GY6's is a NGK C7HSA (4629) I find they are cheaper at the autoparts or cycle store then online ~$2.50.

I always use Gates (USA) fuel lines (~$1.50 a foot at auto store). 2 feet should more then enough. Some people use tygon these things. If you replace the petcock and use clear fuel filter I see no need to use clear hose unless you like the look.

Any conventional 10w-40 or 15w-40 will work for the first 500 KMs. I use Formula Shell or Rotella occasionally Super Tech but any good quality dino oil will work. Use 750ML.
Gear Oil I use 80w-90 or 75w-90 some state 75w-140 (mainly long case) you should have a short case. Synthetic is fine to use from the start on CVT. I've used Valveoline, Mobile, and Super tech; conventional , blend and syn. CVT should take 110ML of gear oil.

You hit the nail on the head about wiring issues. Everyone I've ever put together had some sort of wiring issue some not always obvious from the start. Most of your connections that are problematic are in the front both the front plastic and behind the gauge cluster. There are some more connections when you pull the bucket but in my experience they are normally fine. Sometimes you have to pull the connections apart and get the little fins out on the pins. Ground wire almost always has a problem sometimes you have to re-splice. I would be careful of "extra wires" they normally go places or should go somewhere.

The e-choke / enrichment circuit is almost always problematic from the start You can pull the plastic cover off the e-choke and it will preform much better. Stock jetting on legitimate PD-18J carbs is #33 #85. Around sea level you can turn the #33 out a turn or two and raise the needle and be ok. At 5500 feet they are normally jetting ok if not really close. If you replace the airbox with a pod filter you will most likely have to up jet.

I've had good luck with 72cc BBK (mixed with 80cc BBK) and CVT mods like sliders and springs. If you want more power I would start with no rev CDI and getting carb tuned. Performance CDIs do nothing but make it hard to start. You should be able to rev to around 11k -11.5k with out issue. Over that piston rings tend to go. Over all they are fun little bikes. You should enjoy yourself on them. The scoot enthusiasts like to say the world is a better place at 25Mph.

Just for clarification . . "Genuine China factory Keihin" is a clone of an actual Keihin which are more expensive. There are probably some differences among the various clone carbs, but most seem to work just fine.

Keihin actually has a factory in China (Nanjing Keihin Carburetor Co., Ltd.). I can't say for sure if it's is coming out of that factory. But is has all the earmarks. So it's either a very good clone or the real deal out of china. Either way It's a very good carb especially at $20.55 shipped.
I haven't been able to find a Japanese one in years. I had a line on some NOS but the guy wanted around $250.

There are a lot of people on these specialty websites claiming Genuine Keinin but I've never seen them produce any documentation. Both the carbs on scooterpartsco are defiantly made in china as is the one I source. The e-choke is different. I can't speak to the quality of either carb you linked. Maybe you can?

I know the one I get has very good castings and micro finishing. The diaphragm is correct and everything is as it should be. The cheap copies use thicker material. It has all the earmarks of a Genuine China Factory Keinin as seen in the thread at 49ccscoot linked above.

I am convinced that the the Chinese put the biggest pieces of junk carbs on the bikes for export (they have to be sealed). I have a scoot that came in with a Kung - Fu carb (I'm not joking). It was to biggest joke you have ever seen. Finishing was terrible and the casting was cracked. It just like the VW German engineers figuring out how to get past our stupid emissions laws and laughing about it. You know somewhere there is Chinese engineer laughing about how they put a Kung Fu on it.
