That appears to be the larger chassis (250cc), rather than the large 150cc chassis (the "lump/hump" in the floorboard appears huge).

Was it set up like a 150cc ATV (chain driven axle), or was it something else again (I've seen pictures of a 4th type GY6 case with an axle hanging out both sides of the case)?

Vibes a lot.

Your typical scooter motor is double rubber mounted (at the engine mount to frame adapter and at the frame adapter to the frame) I *think* one pair of rubber mounts are done away with.

Unless there was a cargo box/platform my preference in a trike would have 2 front wheels..... single rear.
