need some help Identifying a part on a qlink xf/dr200 motor

have a look at the circled part on the motor . if anyone can tell me what this part is (name)i would appreciate it as i need it.

I need the bolt/pin combo that has the spring .

cam chain tensioner, theres two types, one which you have where the bolt sits at the end of the unit or one that has the bolt on the top like this:

you could try and get one off a suzuki gn/gs dr or gz model, all use the same engine with the same type of tensioner

Thank you all for your time and care you put in to help ! I just love knowing if I need any help with these bikes the knowledge is located here. I also highly appreciate the care by members here to reference links to material and info pertaining to the qlink bike, just the thought of that I respect . I do have the parts manual for the xp-xf. I have had It for about a month now and I also just acquired the service manual for this bike as I plan on understanding and knowing this bike inside out. I just got this bike and if I feel inspired I will do a little write up on it whenever I have tested it out a bit more.

The only way you can get the service manual in English is buy direct through qlinks site. I search the internet over for a downloadable version in English to no avail . I also have the Portuguese version , tried using translation tools but it did not work correct so I had to buy .

ive just baught the suzuki gn/gs/dr service guide for the engine thasts all you need really, engines are nearly exactly the same and the manuals are easy to get hold of at cheap prices

I have acquired a 35 pilot/idle jet for my xf it comes with a 32.5 , also to a 125 main from a 122.5 main . I am comfortable installing the 125 main but am wondering / hesitant installing a 35 pilot jet. Just looking for someone with experience and the proper knowledge about making tsuch jump with a pilot and if it is necessary .
By the way I am keeping this question in this thread , do to not wanting to start another thread.

a size larger for jets isnt a big deal, worset case is you install the pilot then go for a test drive. if you notice it bogs or just acts differently then before the pilot jet. then you know you went to big and should go back to the stocker. the main jet is simple install as well, if you can screw in a bolt and unscrew a bolt you can do jets. once you get the main installed go for a test drive. 25 to 30 seconds full throttle, while at full throttle kill the bike. DO NOT LET IT GO BACK TO IDLE BEFORE KILLING IT. just turn it off at the key and coast to a stop. pull the plug and check the color of it.

id suggest, do the pilot jet first, then go for a test drive with it. if its good to go or needs to go back to stock size, you can install the main jet at the same time.. its easier to do one thing at a time and then test it out. that way if something is off after a install. you dont have to check more then one thing to correct the problem
