Loncin Telstar 250cc---help needed

Hi, new member, I need some help.........I live half the year in Bulgaria. The above motorcycle seems to be only available in Bulgaria, maybe in Poland too with a different colour scheme. It retails for less than £1,000 I think the company (in Haskovo) that's selling them is legit but like a lot of companies there they've got really a poor policy when it comes to dealing with customer enquiries and don't answer any of the many questions that I've put to them. Does anyone on here know this bike? Do yo have any opinions on it? Also, if I decide to buy it as I most likely will, I want to take an aftermarket carb with me and was thinking of a Nibbi performance carb, but open to any suggestions for other alternative carbs. The problem is that I can't even find the port size for the carb for this bike, I was thinking that it'll be 30mm but i want to be sure before I buy it TIA
