Stop Congress From Closing Public Lands in Utah!

H.R. 1925 would designate 9.4 million acres as federally protected Wilderness, and make the land off limits to all-terrain vehicle (ATV) riders and mountain bikers! This legislation would directly affect the Moab, San Rafael Swell and Chimney Rock areas, among others, in Utah. Please click the following link to tell your Congressman to oppose H.R. 1925.

F'ing Utah? There aren't even any liberals there, for crying out loud. I've been all over that beautiful state. God created it for off road pleasure. Moab in particular. What the heck are they thinking?

That is exactly the point, Doc; they never think. I believe the legislation was proposed by a U.S. Representative from New York.

I'll check out and respond to your link when I get time. Taking Q and my 4X4 to Moab is one of my great future plans!

I doubt that it is the Utahans that are pushing for this. More likely big city politicians who will never even visit these areas.
