Hawk oil weight alternatives

I see the hawk recommends 15w40 but I went to 2 parts stores and both only had 10w40 and 20w50 for 4 storke motorcycles wet clutch. Given those options which should I use?

I'd use 10w40.

Rotella makes a few oils that are 'Wet Clutch/JASO' Approved, and they don't come with the premium cost of "Motorcycle 4 stroke oil" , Rotella 15w40 ($13 a gallon) or Rotella T6 5w40 ($19 a gallon) is what goes in my 'wet clutch/motorcycle engines'

WalMart sells the following 15W/40 motor oils, at low prices.

Shell Rotella T

We use WalMart oil in our drag bikes for years and no blown engines caused from oil, just stupidety on the engine build.

Every bike and quad I have (except the GY6 CVT) drinks Rotella 15W40. I don't have a specific brand preference, but Rotella seems to always be on sale at Walmart.

Since the GY6 doesn't have a wet clutch, it's gets 10W30.
