[Apollo 250] Clutch lever too loose

Hi all, I'm new to pit bikes and I'm having trouble with my clutch lever. My dad was riding it and fell, and it slightly bent the clutch lever and now the entire clutch cable is loose. I cant seem to figure how to tighten it. I've tried adjustments near the lever arm as well as the at the handlebars. Any insight is much appreciated. I have a feeling it's something simple but I cannot figure it out after 2 days.

I have also tried tightening the flathead screw on the assembly and it does nothing. My lever is loose to the point where it can be moved up and down.

He more than likely either broke or kinked the cable.
