How to identify engine displacement

One of the last things I discussed was these five kid's ATVs I bought for parts. The guy told me the engines were all good, they were just robbed of parts. I guess if I did a compression test, that would tell me if any of the engines were any good.

I know one has a 70cc Linhai engine but I'm not sure about the other ones. He also gave me a spare 50 cc engine kind of like what's on my Peace 110cc ATV.

I'm thinking at least one of these ATVs has a 110cc engine on it.

The plan is to use one of these engines on an old Kinetic moped in place of the 50cc engine.

If the displacement is not stamped on the block, is there anyway to identify the engine size? If I remove the cylinder head and measure the diameter of the cylinder bore? What about measuring the distance between the head bolts?

I'f prefer an need an engine with a kick starter. I'm thinking the top mounted electric starter motor is going to conflict with the frame. Otherwise I'm going to have to drop the engine about 3" lower than the frame which will give me less ground clearance. Not that I am going off road with this thing, just speed bumps. Also no need for a battery.

Is there any way to convert one of these engines with an electric starter motor to kick starter? Are the parts already there inside the engine, I just need the kick starter?

What I really want is a 125 cc Lifan engine with 4 gears. Being this is going on a moped, I'd like to find one with a semi-automatic clutch. The alternative is to use of those bicycle brake handles operates the front and rear brakes simultaneously and use the other brake handle as the clutch.

Since I have all of these engines, I'd like to make what I got work. Is there any way to bore a 70 cc Linhai engine out to 110 cc or 125 ccs? The reason for the Linhai engine is it has a kick starter already on it.
