Have you removed the cover to see if either switch has broken wires? If so, they could be repaired.

for what they cost at saga we are just going to buy a new one for the 200 and the 150 got the spare that i had here.

hmmm ok got the filter installed but now it has no git up and go :(

changed the main jet to a .40 and moved the needle c-clip down one from middle and now she has the get up and go it was missing.
now there is a squeak in the rear that sounds like brakes are stuck on ....but their not

I do have the 130 slow jet as well ....i have it idling (to a degree). anyone think i should put the 130 slow jet in as well?

wow i must have been tired when i wrote that ...... have changed the main to a 130 and have not changed the slow yet

What were the original jet sizes?

unfortunatly there are no markings on the original jets.
I went on the advice of another forum that said that when you change to a uni filter to bump the jets in the stock carb up to a main .40 and a slow 130 (if needed)

You must still be tired.

I presume you mean a 130 main and a 40 slow. I'll check my spare carb and see what the jets are as a baseline. Those sizes sound a little large to me.

I just checked, and the stock slow jet is 34 and the main jet is 103. It's feeding 150cc, and the only change you've made is a pod filter. I'd try a 110 main and the 34 slow jet. If it won't idle, try the 40.
