Do you guys put Grom stickers on your bike?

Might be a dumb question, but I'm swapping so many parts to Grom and doing a ZS190 swap next month so would it be like though SOHC Civic owners that out the DOHC sticker or is it ok? I mean it has the same size engine and is a "Grom" clone. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't do it, but some people do. The "Chonda" and "Chom" stickers are kinda funny. One guy on FB was having Vader stickers made in the same font as the factory Grom stickers and I think that would be more acceptable.

To me it's the equivalent of having a fake Rolex that goes all the way as have the Rolex emblem and name. Although having a real Grom isn't prestigious. I kinda look at it the same.

Up-badging always causes discussion. It's personal preference. If it were me, I'd fly the ZS190 badge proudly, instead. That's just me though.....

That's for the input guys. Maybe I'll keep them and decide later haha. They were only like 6 bucks. I do like that ZS190 sticker idea. Maybe throw that on the back where the 125 sticker goes. I'll throw the rest on after I switch most of the parts lol. I honestly think the forks are the dead giveaway that it's not a real Grom. We're still some of the smart ones paying half the price and upgrading the parts we want for a better bike.

My Taiwanese scooter looks like a Vespa, but I have never been tempted to add Vespa emblems.

I can understand the guy putting a GT emblem on his base Mustang, but the fun is over when a real SS Camaro pulls up next to you at a traffic light

Hey, go ahead. I put BMW stickers on my Chinese rides. Great fun when folks say, "Wow, that's a BMW?" I usually tell them, "Yes, indeed -- Beijing Motor Works."
