Hello Everyone

I have been looking at the 200cc dualsports for awhile now.
And thats to the information I have read on this forum, Yahoo group messages and the dreaded Thumpertalk. I will be getting a Lifan 200GY-5
Still not sure if will go to a dealer or off the internet.
Trying to find a dealer close to me. And waiting for Uncle Sam's check.

Welcome aboard Doug! You do live in an area where there is a choice of a couple of dealerships fairly close by. Here's a link to one of them in Edwardsville:

We may have to get together this summer as I'll be up to visit my lil sister in New Columbia. I'm originally from Troy.

Welcome...this site is great when is comes to the dual sport...so many knowledgable people here!

I am from PA as well, York, PA, but being in the Army, I am never there, but to visit.

As far as online dealers, I ordered mine from XXX motorsports, which I got it within a week and haven't had an issue with them getting the MCO at all.

I was at CBX on Saturday. They had only one there. It was a
United Motors for 3000.00. Out of my price range.they will getting more in the spring.Will check out LockHaven.
Roketarider I used to live in Mount Joy.

Welcome to ChinaRiders! You went to see the CBXman, he is a very knowledgeable person and also a member of the {United Motors Scooter, Yahoo Group}. The UM is more expensive but don't forget what your getting with the bike {3 Year Warranty}, from UM. I understand the price range that's with a lot of us today. A lot of people think I'm rich because I own a business, then they think that all of the bikes in my shop where given to me on consignment, when actually we have them on some kind of a Loan!!! Yes we have to pay for them up front.

Anyway Good luck for whatever bike you decide to purchase. I'm a Dealer for United Motors and American Lifan, in Mantua Ohio.
