Killer Motorsports

I ordered a TBR7 last week since they claim it was in stock and would ship immediately.
Bank shows they got my $1700 but I’ve yet to see any shipping info from them.
No return emails and no answer when I call their office In Carrollton Tx.

I may have to drive over there and pay them a visit. I don’t play that game.

They are part of the Veloz dealer network. They are stationed in the same building as Tao Motors. Probably the worst of the worst. I ordered something they "had plenty of stock of" but conveniently were out of stock after they got my money. Then they tried to upsell me to something else that was out of stock nation wide yet they miraculously had stock on that. Problem was they were so unresponsive just trying to pay them more of my money I quickly figured out their game and did a chargeback. Some people have good luck and they actually recieved what they ordered. Problem is it's a roll of the dice because they sell stuff whether they have stock or not. And then It will take you literally months to get them to admit it and then months for them to process a return. By then you lose your protection through your credit card. They also have Zero after sale support no matter how bad it is.

Superiorpowersports
Killermotorsports
Powerrideoutlet

Are all the same company. Originally CA based companys that exist only in name now under the parent company Veloz. Pretty sure they are 100% drop ship and I'm not even sure they have any real office building as it all just gets routed back to tao motors in texas.

If you reorder, get it off amazon.

Amazon has your back and the seller can’t pull any BS:

I ordered 3 bikes on Amazon, 2 Hawks and 1 Magician. I had 2 different sellers:

Moto Pro
Smart Deals Now

I had all 3 bikes in less than 3 weeks, truck freight. I also recommend Amazon after I heard all of the horror stories from other's on this site. Amazon doesn't sell them themselves but you do have the benefit of their customer support if any problems like your describing.
Good luck!

Got a chargeback and have reordered on amazon.

It amazes me how sleazy these dealers are. How hard is it to answer the phone???

Buyer beware.
