Baja x250 break in help!

Im new here,bought my wife a Baja x250 so she could go riding trails with me.she is very happy with the bike but I think its about ready for the broken in adjustments.can someone give me a list of things that need to be done? anybody looking to buy one of these bikes,so far it has been a great bike for the money.plenty of power and the electric start is nice.did have to change the fron tube but nothing else. thanks for your help
