Thumbs Up New to the thread

Hello all. I am new here. I am looking to by a 2022 Bashan Brozz Recon pretty soon After countless hours watching Motocheese and Dork in the road I have come to the conclusion that Bashan is the way I want to go. My goal is to get people around me and to explore the back roads and forest trails in NC. Wish me luck and nice to meet you guys!

Welcome to the forum!

I have a 2021 Storm and it has been very dependable and easy to maintain. I don't know if Jeff (Peace Sports) has inventory right now, but I really like the Recon. Brozz too.

Storm has the 17"/19" wheels, and there are good tires available for it. But a 19"/21" set like Jeff had allows more choices, especially for front tires.

These Bashan bikes have heavy duty triple trees with bigger diameter clamps on inverted forks which are inherently stiffer. Storm is a nice deal if you can't find a new Recon.

Welcome! The Brozz is nice but if your main intention is exploring offroad trails, i have to put a plug in for the Templar X, esp since they are around the same price. I have both a 2020 Brozz fitted with larger 21/18 wheels, ported head, exhaust and pretty much as powerful as its going to get and the Templar is so much stronger feeling and capable right out of the box. Where the Brozz shines is its comfy seat, but otherwise its heavier and slower with lower caliber suspension. just a thought..
