I'm old enough to remember the days of acid rain and smog so thick that you couldn't see the surrounding mountains around the LA basin. I hadn't been in that area in years and was amazed at how much cleaner the air is so all in all I think that CARB has done a great job making it to where you can breath the air again and not having to run inside every time it rains is a plus too.
