http://chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=14251 The engine is based from ancient GY6 which uses NGK C7HSA as stock. Resistor type: CR7HSA/ Iradium: CR7HIX / equivalent from other brands would works in theory

I have a lancer 150 same problem, it ended up being a loose connection. It was still plugged in so it took me forever to find it. Finally I went with some needle nose pliers and just squeezed all connections and it solved my problem. Also if you remove the spark plug and leave it connected and try to start it, you can see if it has spark or not. If not work backwards from there might be spark plug or ignition coil.
