He's a lot tougher than me. That's a long, long trail ride on 12" wheels.

Other than ground clearance issues, I can see that working out pretty good. Definitely challenging though.

Considering the power and torque my tuned 150cc gy6 atv makes, yeah I'd definitely try it!

I would have to relocate my battery from below the floor board to below the seat for ground clearance.
-I would also need to remove the center stand, and cut off the sub-frame that supports it to gain more daylight.
-After those mods, I am still limited by my factory 10" wheels.
-It may be fun to mod a scoot that came with 13 or 14" wheels for off road duty.
-The Ruckus clone pictured comes with 12" wheels and the fuel tank is in a vulnerable place below the floor board.
-The Zuma/Hooligan pictured has 13" tires.
-Otherwise, I think you are better off buying a Hawk, Brozz, K-Pipe, etc for that Trans-America trail.
