New to me X22R

Howdy!
I picked up a 2019 X22R that needed some love. I replaced the cracked intake boot and put a pod filter on it (the air-box snorkel was missing). I have a jet kit inbound as it's running lean. It came with a carbon fiber muffler so that doesn't help with the lean condition I'm sure.

It seems to run out of steam at about 65mph/6200 rpm. I know I need to get a smaller rear sprocket. I want to go 36 or 37 instead of the stock 42.

Who sells a drop in sprocket, or does someone have the dimensions so I can get one custom made?

Thanks!

36 tooth will be the smallest you will want to go with without any issues.

Thanks,Jerry! That's what I was looking for.

I changed the jet today from 95 to 105, didn't run well so I switched to 100. Seems stronger but still runs out of steam at about the same rpm. I'll check the plug in the morning and see what gives. Think I'll try the 110.

So I went straight to the 125 jet. The plug was black and fouled, way too rich. I decided to start over and put the original 95 back in it. The slow jet is 38. Runs good again but still starts surging at 6200 rpm. Is this normal?

When engine was stock it ran the best with a 105 main.
