Where In Kentucky are you? I'm down in Somerset...here it is simple, you might need to get it inspected, but all they do reconfirm the mileage and the vin number, then show proof of insurance and you'll get a tag....but I think a couple of the bigger cities do emissions testing, so it will depend o. Where you live

Welcome aboard. Keep us updated on registration. Sure would like to add Kentucky to the list. Go to a Notary/Tag shop. They will do anything to get it registered and get your money.
