Texas Riders

Newbie here, Just wanted to say hello first.

Ok, planning on either a Hawk, Shark or a Brozz.
Any Texas riders have problems with the state inspection that needs to be done prior to registration ?

Welcome! There are no more Brozz bikes--they are sold out. I can't answer for Texas, but if it helps, I have NEVER seen anyone from Texas with a Hawk mention difficulties with registering one of them.

Thanks for the reply.

I'm leaning more towards the shark, I just emailed SuperiorPowersports to check availability.

This is going to be a step down for me:
I'm selling my 2013 Honda CBR600RR on Monday and getting a 250 enduro China bike...

Everyone thinks I'm nuts !!

As you know in Texas the inspection is now linked now to the registration (plate) . So in this order, 1st insurance, 2nd inspection, 3rd County DMV for Plate regristration (republic of texas started with 23 I believe in 1836, now we have 254 ) in that order or they will say...next.

This first registration at the county office is where they will get you for the sales tax due so bring your receipt. Plus the cost of the annual plate

Several have done the full process for the "dirt bike" rps hawk so any other bike will not be a problem presuming a passing inspection.

Just like an automobile. Pay up, still cheaper than a harse

Anyone know how these bikes are found in the system when doing the inspection ?

One step closer now, sold the CBR today, now I just have to decide on what bike. Still waiting on a reply from SuperiorPowersports..

Call my friend Alan at Excalibur Motorsports 909-591-8800. He is within a mile or so of Kandi USA, the US distributor for the Shark, and deals in their other products. Straight shooter and you always speak with him during business hours. Email him excaliburmotorsports@gmail.com
