I can't see where the housing for the cable stops in the picture. Is there a barrel adjuster there that you could run in a bit to loosen things up?
Does your clutch lever have adjustable reach? Like a set screw that keeps it from sitting all the way out? Usually when the reach is adjusted closer to the bar it pulls cable with it.
If nothing else works a picture of the lever might help us make guesses on how to mod things a bit.

What I had to do is remove the side panel to get to the adjuster. What a pain in the ass lol. I got the clutch to work correctly now. Thanks all.

Side note:
Where can I buy another clutch cable that won't break the bank?

Thanks guys!
