help identify gasket?

from a Pentora 250. pulled the exhaust and this came out the cylinder. Big curly Q of metal several inches long . I assume it's a gasket?.

trying to upload a jpeg but its not having any of it right now. will update.

obviously thats not an appropriate gasket...to say the least. it was like pulling a tape worm. it just kept coming and i was like eeewwww. any help in new gasket recomendations like high temp regular gasket or copper?

ok. just went to vmc and saw thats what they use.

Ebay has them,just measure dia of plpe and order that size. I always buy 2 or 3 at a time,switch my plpes once or twice a year.

ok thanks for reply. i just wasn't expecting it to unravel like that. kinda threw me. i would close this thread but i dont think its allowing me to do so.
