upgrade chain for a 250cc

I have an x-pro x24 / boom bd250-5

The chain is currently a 428H 124L which is rated for a 150cc
Can I upgrade this chain to a 520? Would I need new sprockets?
Any Recommendations?

Ride Smart!
Jared

Why change to a 520? A 428 is perfectly fine. If you're worried about it breaking just replace it with a DID Xring chain and it'll never break unless you can figure out how to get 100 horsepower out of that little engine.

The DID chain is rated for over 7400 lbs. tensile strength and up to 350cc. The chains that come from China are probably 1/3 the strength.
