I first saw one of these bikes for sale on the net back in 07 or 08.The first thing I wanted to do was shove a GS500 engine in it.I have four GS500 bikes and two are wrecked.I bought them to either restore or use as parts bikes. Both have good engines. If I ever find one cheap,it's gettin chopped.

She is still doing fine with 2500 miles on her.

Tried a new seat just fooling around.

Original battery did not last long and the replacement wasn't much better so I went with one of these.

Dinky little thing and expensive but suppose to be the cat's meow.

So says Spud, IIRC. I think he tried that ype of battery as well. I'm trying a cheap gel cell in an old Suzuki two-stroke, but it doesn't draw much power.

That seat looks really good. Are you abandoning the sheepskin cover?

W&G,
Not abandoning the sheep skin. It's been cool enough here in Florida.
Thinking about building a side car for the bobber.
Just fooling around.
I did order a new tractor with a loader to repair the holes that the bulls dug out at the ranch.

Would the sidecar act like a trailer, or would you actually carry a person in it?

What type of tractor did you order? We're gonna need pics.

I'm trading in my John Deere 4100 on a new Kubota BX2660 with a loader and a 60" belly mower. I have one almost the same but without the loader at our place in North Carolina.
I need the loader since I leased our ranch here in Florida to a guy with three big bulls who were always fighting and digging big holes in the pastures. The bulls are now gone along his cows so I will be repairing the holes. Live and learn.

Looks like a fun toy.

I must admit, I have some farming experience, but other than cattle drives, no ranching experience. Exactly how do bulls dig holes that require a loader?

Funny you should mention cattle drives since we had a round up today. 58 head went to hamburger heaven.

The bulls dig holes to show the other bulls that they are a bad nofo. I'm going to have the pond dug out and use the spoil to fill the holes.

My new Kubota BX2660 on the way to the ranch to do some work.

That's the only bad thing about having independently hosted pics, when the owner decides to delete the pictures from their hosting account all the pic's disappear from the threads. It's too bad really as it often pretty much destroys the thread when the pics are gone.
