What model Baja Motorsports ATV is this???

No one has been able to identify this thing... hoping someone here can!

Older ATV made by Baja Motorsports. VIN comes up as a 2005.

I did check their site, they don't list anything like this.

Trying to find the model so I can locate at least a new petcock and a front right brake cable.

Every part on it says NATIONAL MOTOR on it.

The motor stamping behind the shifter is NM637259

The VIN on the frame is RKKGCKLCX5B637259

Any ideas?

Road hard and put away wet. That thing is dangerous as is. Although that would never stop me.

Sure is! I rewired it and put that new coil on, she's a runner!

Of course, the idle climbs by itself, it has no brakes, no kill switch, and is sketchy as hell.

All part of the challenge!

Going to make it ridable with a end-of-the-world-mad-max sorta theme.

Great, thanks for the identify! I've emailed Baja with the new information and hoping they still have exploded diagrams of this model.

As for the petcock, yes, I'll pull it and just start comparing on ebay!

You're awesome, thanks for the link!

Now one last thing... where I might be able to find some of the less-universal parts.

The exhaust studs are snapped off. I don't know if I can remove them or not. Odds of finding a jug are pretty much zero I'd imagine, right?

If you can get your hands on a mig welder, set a nut over the broken stud and weld the nut to the stud from the inside then unscrew it. Works nearly every time.

It's either M6 https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=15023169968 (the pdf said M6*35) or M8 https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=42510987721 . Took it out as #11 said & measures it...

Definitely a good method! But the issue here is the studs have snapped inside the holes... no way to weld down in there. MIGHT get lucky drilling and easyoutting... but probably not.

Excellent! At least I have a lead on replacements if I can ever get these out.
