Apollo RX250 running issues

Alright I have had issues getting this bike to run correctly since I got it new. I have a mikuni clone carb on it. Bike will start and run through a 1/4 throttle perfectly. but any more throttle after that and it will bog. Plug is coming out jet black. jets in the carb are 30 pilot and 95 main needle all the way leaned out. I am at 2700'. There is no air restriction I have tested that thoroughly. Also new or old plug still same issue. Changed the jets and bog is still there and I feel like I am getting too low in the main at this point and seems like I am having another issue than that?

So what else can I look at? I have changed carbs 3x and jets dozens of times with no change. Could the exhaust be clogged from running rich? stator bad? valves? I don't know where to go from here need some guidance. Like I said runs great at start and 1/4 throttle but bad after that.

Just an update. I tested the battery and it was at 12.5v no load and 14 running so I think that eliminates anything electrical.

And you have clean fuel from the cap down, fuel line ok?

The carb is clean and trash free? Checked for air leaks? Before and after carb?

What carburetor do you have? Does it have the fuel enricher circuit? Is the slide mechanical or vacuum operated? If it has the fuel enricher circuit it may not be working and staying choked. If it is a vacuum operated slide you may have a vacuum leak or slide is stuck in the close position and is flooding it out. If you have a manual choke check to make sure its in the open position.

its the mikuni vm28 clone. manual and yeah tested it every which way. adjusted the valves they were tight but didn't get rid of the rich issue. I think it might be a bad carb...seems to just be flooding with gas no matter the jetting sizes so gonna order a new one and see if there is a difference.

not sure what it was but put in a new carb and it runs great now... so who knows I don't think it was the float level but I dont know either new one works so gonna roll with that.
