Cleveland Cyclewerks?

I wonder if anyone knows what the status of Cleveland Cyclewerks is? Are these guys still in business?

I'm asking here as it looks like they always used Chinese CG engines in their 250cc models. They still seem to maintain a web site, and have a "Contact Us" page. I sent them a message, but all I got was one message acknowledging receipt of my message, and a second reply that just pointed me to the Contact Us page! Just going around in circles. And both senders appeared to have what looked like they might have Cambodian names.

I know that their original founder has parted ways, it seems, and it's kind of a shame as I was always sort of hooked on that "Misfit" bike. Too bad if they folded.
