Yes, but the little bit of money that you're saving isn't worth it. The 200cc would be the better option. I considered the 150 for a while.

I have a 200. I need something dual sport with a low seat for my wife shes only 5 foot tall. For her to ride a 200 she will have to wear skates to reach the ground.

There are a couple of shorter GY200/GY-ish bikes that have shorter seats--Qlink XF200, Zongshen Sierra 200, and I think Roketa has one model, the Roketa RKM-200E5, that has a 30.7 inch seat.

Motohillbilly, the bike you are interested in is shown on the Roketa website that you can link to from this site under 'links' and 'manufacturers' as one of their models, but for some reason, they don't have the seat height.
My thinking, and I could be wrong (me, wrong??) is that she could go with the RKM-200E5, which is also shown on their site, as it does indicate a 30.7 inch seat height. I am only 5'7" and can straddle a 35-36 inch bike (on my toes, however), and women usually have longer legs than men, so I think she could handle a 30.7"--obviously try to find a 30" bike to try her on, but email Roketa, or that company that you linked to to see what the height is on that 150.
