'07 shanghai jmstar 150cc scooter instrument cluster

I acquired this and the instrument panel is severely sun damaged. I have been looking for a replacement but have only found ones shaped the same that look like they may physically fit but they are not the same type of instruments. The speedometer, RPMs and fuel gauge are all unreadable. The do not appear to have a needle for each as the needle is apart of the display. All the ones I find have an actual needle. The one in the scooter appears to be in kMph and not MPH.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement for this item or a suitable substitute?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

A universal one will be your best bet. And they come in LCD/TFT screens for a decent price. aliexpress and ebay will usually have them.

Here are some pics of it in the bike. I have searched eBay and several other sites and found some shaped just like it. None that appeared to be LCD (which does not matter to me as long as it works and is in mph). But the ones I see do not indicate they are universal and I hesitate to buy one that may not work and I can't return it.

Yeah man. That's why you'll have to go universal. Unfortunately, most of the chinese bikes don't keep parts around for long, unless they're the mor popular models. Might as well take time to upgrade. Getting them to fit usually isn't that hard. Cheap aluminum sheet medal from a hardware store, tin snips, drill, screws, and a sharpie can make you a mount.

Here's a couple clusters I've found:
